Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are personalized.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards or certificates
  • Downloadable software products
  • Membership fees, consulting fees, coaching fees, or any other type of fee for service

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. It is determined on a case-by-case basis. We do not pay for return shipping.

Money Back Guarantee


There is an Action Taker 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for all On-Demand Courses, including audio courses, video courses, books, and other training products. 

To qualify for this type of refund, you must:

  • Have purchased a product with this guarantee on the sales page in the last 30 days
  • Have completed the workbook and quiz for the course 
  • Have emailed completed workbook and quiz to the training team at within 30 days of purchase
  • Have not posted any negative or derogatory comments on or an external website including but not limited to social media platforms, business review sites or community forum sites 

If all of these criteria have not been met, you return requests will not be approved.


Refund Requests

Send us an email at for return or exchange authorization. In your email, include:

  • Order Number
  • Purchaser’s Email Address
  • Purchaser’s First and Last Name
  • Purchased Product to be returned

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10 days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at that describes your issue and requests an exchange authorization.
